About Online Full Choice System

Q1: How am I able to place an order on Online FCS?
A: Please access the Online FCS store through the VOLKS USA web store. Due to the online store being opened from the 1st to the 10th of each specific month, please check with our schedule through our newsletter or contact VOLKS USA Customer Service.
Q2: Whose name will be on the Owner Certificate of my Super Dollfie®?
A: Your name will be registered as the owner and printed on the birth-certificate of your SD. Any inquiries in regards to any after service provided will only be answered to the respected owner. We will request you to provide the same name on the billing and shipping address on your order.
Q3: What kind of a payment method do I have?
A: Due to our owner registration, please make your payment through “PayPal”. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
Q4: Can my shipping address be different than my billing address?
A: Due to the nature of this service, we cannot ship your order to a different individual and/or an address that doesn't match the one in your billing address. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.
In addition we do not recommend shipping your order to a third party. We are aware that some customers order from the VOLKS USA website, or have a third party order for them, with the intention of having a friend, relative, or other business ship to them. Since we cannot control what happens to the package once it leaves us, we can only cover damages, loss, defects, etc., between ourselves and the original ship-to party/location. We cannot guarantee the quality or condition of items that are purchased through a third party. Please understand this service is prepared exclusively and especially for the genuine owners and not for those who purchase the items for the purpose of re-selling or buying them for someone else. 
Q5: How long will it take for me to receive my SD after placing the Online FCS order?
A: It will take approximately two months from the day we received your order. The arrival of your SD may take longer or shorter due to your order situation, customs inspection, and/or shipping process.
Q6: Am I able to place an order for Online FCS if I live outside of the USA, Canada and Mexico?
A: Since Online FCS is only eligible for registered VOLKS USA Web Store users residing in our business area (USA, Canada, and Mexico), we are unable to ship or accept International orders. Due to our policies, any orders that are suspected to be placed through third party shopping services will be declined.




About Ordering Process

Q1: What am I expected to do after I place my pre-order?
A: A copy of your invoice will be sent to you to the email address provided at the time of your order. Please make sure to keep that invoice with you. VOLKS USA will contact you as soon as we are ready to ship your order. We will keep a record of your order in our system.
However, if you do not receive an invoice from us after you place your order, please contact our Customer Service immediately.
Q2: What will be included in the basic price of Online FCS?
A: The basic price of Online FCS includes:
  - Body Parts you select during the first step
  - Super Dollfie® Guide Book (English)
  - Birth certificate of your Super Dollfie®
  - Extra KIPS or “Keep-It-Places” *little silicone disks for your SD
  - Futon sized for each SD
  - FCS Box sized for each SD

Note: Online FCS will not include any wigs, dresses, shoes, or accessories. Super Dollfie® Maintenance Goods will only be included in orders with "Coordinate Makeup".
Q3: Where am I able to purchase doll goods such as wigs, dresses, shoes, or accessories for my Super Dollfie®?
A: Please visit the VOLKS USA Dollfie® Store where you will find multiple goods for your Super Dollfie®. You are also able to purchase SD goods through VOLKS International web-store.
Note: If you have any questions in regards to item suitability, availability, etc. Please do not hesitate to contact VOLKS USA Customer Service before ordering for your SD.
Q4: How many extra hand parts am I able to order?
A: You are able to include one extra pair of hands per order. Since SDMidi and MSD share the same hand parts, you will be able to purchase them at our VOLKS USA Dollfie® Store. However, some SDMidi hand parts are only available through the Online Full Choice System.
Q5: Are we going to have more choices on Online Full Choice System in the future?

About Cancel and Defective Policy

Q1: Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
A: We will not accept changes or cancellations once orders have been placed through Online FCS. Please be sure to check that you have chosen the correct size, style, color, etc. before submitting your order. If you have any questions in regards to item suitability, availability, etc., please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service before ordering.
Q2: What do I need to do if I find a production defect with my SD (such as damage, breakage, missing items, etc.)?
A: Please report to VOLKS USA Customer Service within two weeks (14 days/including weekends and holidays) after delivery, accompanied by your original order information
