How to Place Your Order

Choosing Your Items

Place the item in the cart after you have checked its description.
If you wish to purchase multiple items, repeat the same procedure to place all items in the cart before going the Checkout page.

Shipping and Payment Methods

Follow the instructions on the checkout page and choose your desired shipping and payment methods. Credit card and PayPal are available as the payment options.

Receiving Confirmation Email

An “ Order complete” page will be displayed once you are finished.
*An email confirming the completion of your order for limited items will be sent to the email address you specified on registration. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at service@volksusa.com.

Items Arriving to Your Home

Your order will be sequentially delivered according to the schedule above.
*Please be sure to keep your order confirmation email until receiving your order.

Terms and Conditions

  1. When you make entries or purchase orders through our web site, you agree with our Terms of Service. Since the Terms of Service are subject to change without notice, please check back with the latest information.
  2. Order of limited items is reserved for eligible registered VOLKS USA Web Store users residing in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
  3. Please be aware that VOLKS USA cannot accept any changes after your order. This includes cancellation, change shipping address, credit card information, etc.
  4. There is no limit to the number of pre-orders per customer.
  5. The only payment options are credit card, credit-logo debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER), or PayPal. VOLKS USA cannot accept any other methods such as money or checks, etc.
  6. Orders will be shipped out sequentially. It will take several days for us to complete shipping for all customers.
  7. Please be aware that the delivery schedule may change, or that we may divide shipping into multiple groups depending on how many orders we receive.
  8. For those who chose "Pick-Up" for your shipping method, please come to pick up your items within two weeks after you receive your Pick-Up Notice from us. If you do not contact us or come to pick up your items within two weeks, we may cancel your order.
  9. The item pictured is a sample. Please understand the items included may change and the actual product may vary.
  10. Please note those who add regular items with this item will be receiving their order during the estimated delivery date mentioned above. If you wish to receive the regular items immediately, please make TWO separate orders for the regular items and this item.
  11. Please note that these schedules mentioned above are subject to change without notice.
  12. If we receive more orders than we initially expect, orders may be separated into multiple batches with later delivery dates.
  13. If you chose the "down payment" option, the shipping costs for your pre-order will be charged when you pay the remainder of your balance.
  14. Please be aware that your down payment will be retained as a cancellation fee if you decide to cancel your order after the pre-order period has ended.

Question and Answer

Q1: What am I expected to do after I place my pre-order?
A1: An invoice will be sent to you at the email address you used at the time of your pre-order. Please make sure to keep that invoice with you. VOLKS USA will contact you as soon as we are ready to ship your order. We will keep the record of your order on our system. However, if you do not receive the invoice from us after you place your order, please contact us our customer service at service@volksusa.com immediately.

Q2: I placed a down payment on my pre-order. When will I need to pay the remaining balance?
A2: We will send you an email requesting the remaining balance when your order is ready to be shipped out. Please refer to the instructions described in the payment request email for paying the remaining balance.

Q3: Can I cancel my order while I am waiting to receive my pre-order?
A3: You can cancel your pre-order during the pre-order period (2/6 - 3/7/2021) and receive a refund on your down payment.
After the pre-order period has ended, the initial down payment will be retained as a cancellation fee. Please note the down payment is non-refundable.

Q4: Can I change the information such as the name, address, or phone number after my order is placed?
A4: If you wish to change your contact information, please contact us at service@volksusa.com.

Q5: I want to place an order, but what are the differences when ordering through VOLKS USA and VOLKS International?
A5: The orders will be shipped from different locations depending on where you placed your order. VOLKS USA operates in California, USA while VOLKS International is run by VOLKS, Inc. in Japan.
